Privacy Notice

Version 2026-07-22

This Privacy Notice explains how Batangas Premium uses MEATTRACK to collect, process, store, and protect personal information from portal users, reseller applicants, resellers, team leaders, owners, and customers whose details are entered into the system.

Information We Process

MEATTRACK may process names, business names, email addresses, contact numbers, delivery or business addresses, account roles, login and OTP records, reseller application details, order records, payment proof files, inquiry messages, notifications, inventory and sales activity, forecast and report data, and audit logs showing actions taken in the portal.

Why We Use the Information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify login attempts, evaluate reseller inquiries, assign resellers to team leaders, process and review orders, coordinate deliveries and payments, update inventory, send account and order notices, respond to support requests, prepare operational reports and forecasts, investigate errors or misuse, maintain system security, and comply with business, accounting, tax, reporting, or legal obligations.

Who May Access the Information

Access is limited by account role. Owners may review business-wide records and reports. Team leaders may review assigned reseller, inventory, order, sales, inquiry, and report records. Resellers may access their own account, profile, cart, order, and history records. Authorized system administrators and service providers may access data only when needed to operate, host, maintain, secure, or support MEATTRACK. We may also disclose information to delivery partners, professional advisers, auditors, or government authorities when necessary or required by law.

Security and Retention

Batangas Premium applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect MEATTRACK records against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Records are kept only while needed for account administration, reseller and order operations, delivery coordination, business reporting, dispute handling, security monitoring, legal compliance, accounting, or audit purposes. When records are no longer needed, they may be deleted, anonymized, archived, or securely restricted according to business and legal requirements.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, you may have the right to be informed about processing, access your personal data, request correction, object to processing, request erasure or blocking when legally allowed, request data portability when applicable, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, claim damages where warranted, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Requests may be sent to Batangas Premium management or the designated MEATTRACK system administrator through the official business contact channel.
