Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of MEATTRACK, the Batangas Premium system for reseller inquiries, account access, orders, inventory coordination, delivery support, reports, forecasts, notifications, and operational records.

Authorized Use

MEATTRACK may be used only for legitimate Batangas Premium business purposes. Users must access only the portal areas, records, and actions allowed for their assigned role as owner, team leader, reseller, or authorized administrator.

Account Responsibilities

You must provide true, complete, and updated information when creating or using an account, submitting reseller inquiries, placing orders, uploading payment proof, updating profiles, sending messages, or recording operational activity. You are responsible for keeping login details, OTPs, and account access confidential. Actions made through your account may be treated as your authorized activity unless Batangas Premium determines otherwise after review.

Orders, Approvals, and Records

Orders, reseller approvals, product availability, prices, payment status, delivery details, sales reports, forecasts, inventory records, and other portal information may be reviewed, corrected, approved, rejected, cancelled, or updated by authorized Batangas Premium personnel when needed because of stock limits, incorrect entries, missing information, policy violations, system errors, payment concerns, or other valid business reasons.

Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse MEATTRACK, attempt unauthorized access, use another person's account, submit false or misleading information, upload improper files, interfere with system operations, bypass security controls, copy system content without permission, disclose confidential business data, or use MEATTRACK for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Suspension and Corrections

Batangas Premium may suspend, disable, restrict, or review accounts and transactions that violate these terms, compromise system security, misuse company data, or interfere with normal operations. Batangas Premium may also preserve logs and related records for investigation, audit, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Ownership

MEATTRACK content, records, reports, product information, images, branding, software features, layouts, and system-generated data belong to Batangas Premium or its authorized owners, except for information that a user lawfully owns and submits for permitted system use. No part of MEATTRACK may be copied, distributed, sold, modified, or reused outside authorized Batangas Premium operations without permission.

Changes to These Terms

Batangas Premium may update these Terms and Conditions when system features, operations, policies, or legal requirements change. Continued access to or use of MEATTRACK after the updated terms are made available means you accept the updated terms.
